In many ways, Ebrahim Raisi epitomizes the religious fascism ruling Iran; a tyrannical regime that for more than four decades has inflicted immense suffering and pain on the Iranian people, the region, and many other countries, using the two instruments of domestic repression and export of terrorism and deadly conflicts abroad. This book was published in 1894. It deals with untold accounts of the Underground Railroad. From various states in the South to the Abolitionist Progressives and Quakers in the Northeastern part of the United States. Riots, lynchings, torture, escapes, triumphs, and tragedy are included in this work. Most of these accounts were from primary sources, newspapers, and interviews by former slaves years after their heroic and arduous journeys. It is hard as a Caucasian to understand what it was life to be an African American slave before the American Civil War.

Abbiamo però evitato di dire che i diritti, come gli occhi, erano occidentali.
