In 2007, US Army Specialist Jorge G. Sandoval Jr. was charged with murder by the government he had sworn to serve. The Battle of Fallujah, Part Two, kicked off in November of 2004, right after the U.S. Presidential elections. It was the most intense battle since the battle for Hue City in the Vietnam War.
