This book is the culmination of a seven-year life journey. Driven by complex firsthand encounters with death, I embark on an exploration of self-discovery aimed at answering the age old question: What is the meaning of life? This book is part journal, part philosophical examination, which chronicles my "life and death" experiences and provides an in-depth examination of six major disciplines on the topic of existence, in an attempt to discover tangible “truths” about life. Truths that have given me insights into my own existence.
