The large "mystery fleet" of humans who refer to themselves as the Galactics has been allowed safe haven on planet Sumer. The Sumerians, however, don't consider their guests to be very polite or even grateful. Claiming to be on the run from their mortal enemy, the Simovs, the Space Fleet has been protecting them from attack. Former Emperor Dumakas, thought to be killed, is returned from Revein'sev, the sacred place where all Antarians believe their ancient ancestors reside.
