In 2170, the future of the world looks very different. In an effort to change the past, three officers with the Time Enforcement Patrol travel back to critical points in time in an effort to make their dystopian future a better place. Will they be successful? and what will they learn in their past that will shape their future?

TEP (Time Enforcement Patrol) assassin Nisha Paquet is on another mission. She travels back to 1930's Shanghai on a mission to kill a Japanese mastermind and alter the course of World War II.
