Louis Jolyon "Jolly" West (October 6, 1924 to January 2, 1999), Director Emeritus, Neuropsychiatric Institute, University of California at Los Angeles, was an American psychiatrist and longtime contractor for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and its Project MKUltra.
