Very informative

I enjoyed listening to the book. I found the narrator voice to be relaxing as it is a book about dealing and coping with grief. I found the exercises to be helpful and will continue to use in the future.

A soothing balm, with a beautiful narration

These meditations are beautiful, and the narrator’s voice is so soothing. Soulful, peaceful, grounding. It’s nice that there are so many too.

One Day at a Time

I go back over and over to Meditation 26, “One Day at a Time” whenever I feel that my responsibilities and my own expectations of myself are weighing me down. The imagery that I’m resting on a cloud and other clouds are floating around me is nothing but the most serene place I could bring my conscious mind to. After a few minutes in the meditation, I always come out feeling light, liberated, and with a fresh outlook to keep moving along in life’s journey.
All these 30 meditations are a great tool that I can run to at any time I need to quiet down my mind, breathe and be aware of what I need to focus on. I can just go to the chapter page and choose which meditation I need at a particular point in life. The narrator’s voice is the most soothing and calming... I would just let it play in the background and I’d instantly fall into a deep slumber. I highly recommend these meditations not only for those in grief, but also for those like me who needs a quiet and safe space for an inner journey.

This helped me so much- thank you!

We all experience grief in our lives at some point or another and these audio meditations helped me relax through it and focus my mind to keep it from wandering to sad thoughts. It was nice to have a tool at my fingertips whenever I needed it and I especially appreciated the narrator's soothing voice. This really helped me and I know this will help so many others.

Great escape during a difficult time

Anyone who has grieved for a lost loved one will know how hard it is to find balance. I believe these meditations will help everyone the way they helped me. And I cannot imagine a more perfect narration. Recommend this to anyone suffering in grief!
