Great book with great affirmations
Great audiobook - the music and the narrator were perfect for me. The affirmations themselves were ideal and easy to think about and to visualize the impact. Very calming. I went over a chapter a day and have started to break it down to around 20 minutes a day and I am already seeing the benefits in my outlook and optimism.

Inspiring!
This book is inspiring and transforming. I really love listening to the soft music, the soothing narrator and love to listen to this at night. I feel like it sets me in a good place before I rest my head. There's nothing like putting positive thoughts into my own head so they can kind of seep in while I sleep. It's truly helped with getting rid of so many negative thoughts.

A Calming Voice for the Mind
This was a powerful audiobook. I have always had a tendency to talk to myself and about about myself in a negative way. In order to change this negative pattern of self-talk I got this audiobook. I found it calming and I like that I can replay certain sections with the affirmations that resonate the most with me personally.
