An account to be read and read again, and to likewise listen to in the beautifully spoken audio by Elisabeth Elliott’s granddaughter.

I like to have the richest writings in hardback and in audio so that I can revisit them at will. My eyes and mind see some things while my ears hear other things. Much here to savor and invite to seep into my soul.

This woman was a mighty worker and warrior for the Lord and I am incredibly humbled by all she did forHim duringher long life! The performance was the best I've heard so far and after listening I just realized it was read by her granddaughter who isn't a performer. So now I'm doubly impressed!

It was excellently done. The lady who voiced it did an excellent job reading clearly, and enunciating each sentence well. The chapter breaks were well defined and not rushed into the next chapter with barely a pause, but there was just enough gap to emphasize each chapter.
