I totally loved the book! it is a motivating book! Very inspirational! As I go through my own journey of sobriety, and trying to stay on the correct path, I need all the motivation I can get! This book came at a perfect time for me! It is perfect in every way!!

I literally devoured this book. The story is very well told and definitely causes the reader to consider their own story. I am so glad I purchased the Audible version of the book because it was a delight to listen to the author narrate; her voice (absolutely love her accent) is so soothing and genuine. A Happier Hour was even more meaningful after reading the author's second book, Up All Day.

Wonderful narration that shows the author's passion through her enthusiastic reading! A must read if you are considering sobriety for health or addiction. I love drinking, but I may need to dig deeper into why it's so important to me and this book made me think about that more than ever. Also inspiring for entrepreneurs and health coaches even if alcohol is not the main subject!
