Jeffery Deaver is an international number-one bestselling author. His books are sold in 150 countries and have been translated into 25 languages. The story is great. Suspenseful.
A British accent is great for a story based in the UK, not in the US. Somehow, the hick or southern drawl is not very convincing when attached to a polished English accent! 😉

definately not, I love this genre, this was just badly done
