Black men are told not to show emotion, and taking care of our mental health is considered taboo. There is a lot of pressure from society to be the leaders and providers for our families. Fantastic Audiobook
I'm a big believer in the power of affirmations and got this book for a friend. As a black man he says he felt so empowered after listening to it, and is using the affirmations every day. Positive and powerful content all presented in a way that's easy to listen to and absorb, coupled with excellent narration. Let the manifestation begin!

Super Inspirational
It is hard to show emotion and even admit emotions to yourself sometimes. But this book is so empowering and made my confidence improve massively. So much that I would urge my friends, family and anyone else to also listen, so that they can feel inspired too.
