About this listen
Learn Exactly How To Make Money On Airbnb and Easily Earn Up to $10,000 A Month In The Comfort of Your Own Home!
Airbnb is an online marketplace website that allows its users to list, find and rent homes from other Airbnb users. You can list regular apartments and homes. You can also become creative with what you list. For example, one of the accommodations listed on Airbnb in NYC in 2016 was a taxi minivan parked on one of the streets of Long Island City.
You can set your availability calendar and charge what you want for your accommodation. Obviously, you are not going to be the only Airbnb host, and you will have competition, so your pricing needs to be reasonable. However, it is a marketplace and just like in every other marketplace there are different price points and different kinds of renters and hosts.
The idea of renting space is not new. However, Airbnb and similar platforms bring a new level of convenience, speed, and transparency to it.
Why do most people rent their homes on Airbnb?
According to a study Airbnb conducted in San Francisco, the average Airbnb guest visits the city for 5.5 days and spends $1,045.
56% of the hosts said that they use Airbnb to cover mortgage or rent costs while 42% of hosts use the platform to pay for everyday living expenses.
Here Is The Overview Of The Lessons You Will Learn
- A brief overview of requirements and things to consider when becoming an Airbnb host
- Preparing your property for guests and Airbnb
- How To Create An Airbnb Listing That Stands Out
- Communicating with your future guests
- Managing guest experience
- Getting great feedback from your guests
- And Much More
Don't wait around and let this opportunity disappear! Do something about it. Most people fail is because of the lack of information and action. Don't let this be you.

Story
The “mountain men” were the hunters and trappers who fiercely strode the Rocky Mountains in the early to mid-1800s. They braved the elements in search of the skins of beavers and other wild animals, to sell or barter for goods. The lifestyle of the mountain men could be harsh, existing as they did among animals, and spending most of their days and nights living and camping out in the great unexplored wilds of the Rockies.

Story
Thoreau gives an account of three canoe and hiking journeys - by himself and with others - through the mostly uninhabited forests of Maine in the 1850s. Identifying birds, trees and plants by their botanical as well as their common names, he also records the Indian names of lakes, rivers and plants. He investigates the connections between waterways and trails, and provides detail on camping, fishing and hunting in the woods, using whatever is at hand. Extolling the beauty of the wilds that he encounters, Thorough’s narrative is also imbued with elements of his philosophy.

Story
For 30 years, drummer, author, and songwriter Neil Peart had wanted to write a book about "the biggest journey of all in my restless existence: the life of a touring musician." Finally, the right time, and the right tour. In the summer of 2004, after three decades, 20 gold albums, and thousands of performances, the band Rush embarked on a 30th Anniversary World Tour. The "R30" tour traveled to nine countries, where the band performed 57 shows for more than half a million fans. Uniquely, Peart chose to do his between-show traveling by motorcycle, riding 21,000 miles of back roads.

Quick read
Was good to listen to, but didn’t tell me very much that isn’t obvious. I did appreciate some bits of info it shared and it helped me get my head in the game to get our space ready for rental. Thanks!

Good Basis
One of the best parts was going over how to list your Airbnb. They went over what to put in titles, descriptions and what to advertise. I have seen a few listings which were very bare or seemed sketchy so good to learn what not to say.
