The class includes Surya Namaskar A & B and a selection of acheivable standing and floor based held postures to help prepare body and mind for the Ashtanga Primary Series. The class has been devised and narrated by Rod Watson, who has been teaching yoga since 1988. Rod is a long-term practitioner of yoga meditation. His practise began 1972.
