This is a well thought out introduction to prayer and a deep dive into the types and practices of prayer that lead one into a deep abiding love in and with God. Bishop Barron discusses plenty of paths that lead to beatitude. Follow these paths on your sojourn to our Lord, Jesus Christ. If you simply follows this plan of prayer, it will be almost impossible not to become holy. God love you.

Bishop Barron wrote this book and narrated the audio version. Listening to Bishop Barron narrate this book he has written gave me a unique understanding of the value and use of these prayers in our ongoing relationship with GOD. I highly recommend this book and encourage listening to the audio book version. Experienced as an AUDIO book
