Succinct and to the point. Excellent primer.

As an executive coach I frequently recommend books and audiobooks to my clients. This will be the one that I will recommend for this subject. It's a fast read (or listen) and it's full of good and useful information.

not helpful

this book is great for telling you what you already know. it doesn't help define where the anger comes from or how to stop it. it just tells you that you need to and keeps suggesting you go to anger management classes. and too many "big words"terrible book.

Skimming surface

This books has very little substance! Good intentions but lacks any real tools. Really a waist of money. I could have gotten more from an article on the web.
