informative book
After listening to this book I definitely started to prefer more legumes, vegetables, dried fruit and in general more valid foods. Very interesting studies, presented with simplicity and effectiveness. I would say that the book is a real source of reflections and inspiration to improve our food and maybe lives.

lovely book
I would provide is that a lot of the recipes have a large amount of salt/sodium. I’ve been tailoring the recipes to fit my needs such as reducing the amount of salt in the recipes and I would recommend .

Great book! Love that it provides a shopping list, recipes, and a menu list. Food is tasty and filling. One thing I wish it provided was snacks and serving sizes. I have to say that it made me try things that I never thought I would like salmon and butternut squash...they're not too bad!
