This is a great book! Understanding the problem is the first step toward changing it. This book explains the reason behind anxious attachment and also teaches you how to attached securely so you can have great relationships with people you care deeply about. If you have been battling with anxiety, depression, or sadness, this is the audiobook for you! When I was listening to this audiobook, I felt so much more empowered and had a more positive outlook on my own circumstances.
