Great holistic approach to managing anxiety

The author takes an interesting and lighthearted approach to address a heavy topic. The book offers a simple, practical, inexpensive and fun way to manage anxiety. The advice to find balance by living in the present was one of the nuggets that listeners can incorporate into their lives immediately to help manage anxiety and find balance. The book is filled with helpful tools and advice to guide listeners as they take the breath necessary to find balance with self before they can be of assistance to others. The author's comparison to someone managing anxiety and a passenger using an oxygen mask on a flight was clever. Enjoyed the book and recommend it to anyone who is working on managing the stress and anxiety that accompanies parenthood, managing work teams and all of the other responsibilities life throws at you.

Recommend for anyone with anxiety or one who interacts with someone with anxiety

I enjoyed this book as my daughter has had anxious most of her life due to a traumatic event. I would highly recommend it to parents like myself and for anyone suffering from anxiety. Ms. Hall obviously has a wide range of experience dealing and helping those with anxiety.
The narration was also quite good and had a calming affect on my daughter when she listens to the book with me.
We look forward to seeing where the applications of the exercises in this book help my daughter.
We recommend you give it a listen.

simple steps that work!

As a person with intermittent anxiety and has had panic attacks before, I highly recommend this book.

I loved chapter 3 the most, because it touches on something I haven't seen talked about very much, even by therapists I've seen. It makes total sense that what we're "putting out" makes us reflect and attract things that keep the anxiety and negative spin going. I loved the author's explanation and strategy to uproot this piece.

Perfect Timing

This book knows me personally, every topic and statement reaches me deeply. For 3 years I have lost myself and have been doing circles, going nowhere. Listening to this book took weight off my shoulders. It reminded me how to open doors I unknowingly closed in the name safty. I will be listening to this over and over until I find myself again. I look forward to sharing this with others. Thank you Sharri Hall for your insight, honesty, and HOPE.

A Must Read For Those With Anxiety

I have suffered with anxiety for over twenty years and didn’t think I had anything more to learn. Boy was I wrong. But first, I think it’s so important how Sherri Hall validated my feelings and then explained what was physically happening in my body that caused it. I’ve had doctors explain it to me before, yet Sherri seemed more up to date and detailed in the mind/body connection.

What I craved when I was first having panic attacks was someone to teach me how to make then stop! Sherri gives great exercises, some that I knew (but forgot) and some brand new that you can tactically use to help yourself. My advice is to write them down as you listen and practice BEFORE you need them. I can’t wait to try her exercise which got tons of testimonials on how life changing it is (no spoilers here… you’ve got to listen)

Thank you Sherri, for writing a book for us that adresses our anxiety from so many angles! This will be lifechanging for so many people!

Feeling Better Already

This book offers a distinctive approach to mitigating anxiety through unconventional means, and I found it profoundly insightful. It delves into the intriguing concept of our bodies as electric entities, responding to varied frequencies that can either heighten or diminish our anxiety. The importance of attuning ourselves to favorable frequencies is emphasized. One big takeaway here is not to bottle things up, if we take in negative emotions we also need to release those negative emotions instead of pretending they do not bother us. Overall, it's an enriching read packed with valuable advice on combatting anxiety.

Understanding your anxiety

As someone battling anxiety, the author's words resonated deeply with me. The author can provide practical tools for navigating through anxiety and for me I really enjoyed the chapter of understanding energy frequency. She reviews the concept and reveals how our internal vibrations can significantly impact our mental state. There is so much about our own bodies that we must understand that will help reduce the issues damaging our lives.

The author takes a step-by-step method to confront and alleviate anxiety. The book is one to refer back to repeatedly as you work on the various stages of your anxiety. I found the book to be an interactive voyage towards healing with resilience. The book is a roadmap to reclaiming your mental well-being and embracing an anxiety-free life.

I like that the author offers concrete advice and is not vague about how to approach easing your anxiety. The author also emphasizes on disempowering the resistance to change because without changing, things will only progressively get worse.

The author did a great job of providing a book for anyone struggling with anxiety.
