Yay! Has a chapter WITHOUT MUSIC BACKGROUND!

My mind gets pulled to music, so I never hear affirmations with music in the background. This one has a chapter that has no music, finally I can listen to some thing and actually focus on the words instead of the music!

listen closely first

It's a long list of positive affirmations, repeated several times. Very very slowly. Even for meditation, some will want to increase playback speed.

There's as religious slant worked in over time, that might not mesh with one's own preference. I advise listening closely through at least one cycle before using it for sleep, to verify that this list of statements resonates with your personal goals and beliefs. Much is generic, but advanced affirmation users might find some parts a tad jarring.

Not universal

The phrasing of several of the affirmations is incorrect, grammatically speaking, which detracts from the effectiveness of these affirmations.

This title needs an updated edition to correct these deficiencies before I can recommend it. While it is well intentioned, it will not be a part of my regular lineup unless updated.
