Sure way to develop social skills in listeners
Social skills are something that many of us struggle with and something I’ve noticed my family having a difficult time with too, so I think it’s great that authors such as Reese Donovan are delivering titles like this to help the next generation develop these kinds of skills. I particularly liked the sections that offer prompts to begin and continue conversations, which I thought made this book super unique. Practicing the art of conversation with a title like this is a sure way to help develop social skills in listeners.

Building Real Confidence in Teens
Authentic Social Skills for Teens is exactly the kind of book I want on my pre-teen granddaughter's bookshelf. It's encouraging, clear, and full of practical advice that feels like it's coming from a trusted mentor - not a lecture. The author has a gift for breaking things down in a way that makes sense to young people without talking down to them.
Whether your child or grandchild is shy, unsure of themselves, or just figuring out how to navigate friendships and conversations, this book gives them the confidence to be themselves - and shows them how to do it well. It's thoughtful, kind, and empowering.
A great gift, and one I'm glad to have found.

Wish I Had This Sooner!
As a teen who used to overthink every interaction, this guide seriously helped me chill out and feel more confident. It explains stuff like peer pressure and awkward social moments in a way that makes total sense. I actually used a few tips at school and felt way more in control. Definitely a must-read if social stuff stresses you out.

Finally Social Advice That Actually Makes Sense
As a teen who always felt awkward in groups, this audiobook was a total game changer. It didn’t feel preachy or fake it felt real, like someone actually gets what it’s like to deal with anxiety and peer pressure. I started using a few of the tips at school, and I swear I’ve already noticed a difference in how I carry myself. If social stuff stresses you out, this is the guide you didn’t know you needed.

A Guide For Teens & The Adults who Care About Them
I'm always looking for tools to help the kids navigate the awkward and often confusing teen years, especially regarding friendships, peer pressure, and social situations. "Authentic Social Skills for Teens " addresses these issues. It's practical, easy to follow, and speaks to teens in a way that's honest and respectful, not condescending. The material is perfect for sparking meaningful conversations with your child. That said, most teens, especially those struggling, aren’t likely to pick up a book like this on their own. As parents, we must take the lead and help guide them through it.
