good basics
good information but seems it would be better to just audio the information and not keep referring to the list repeatedly. A good amount of the information is more visual and is better suited for visual book. The recipes should be referenced and not gone over in ingredient by ingredients in adudo form

The synthesized boys was really good. The book gave great information and was short and sweet! 
I appreciated the organized, systematic yet light presentation of the information. However, the list of foods to use or avoid did not appear. There was, however, the teaser of a food list below at the end of the chapters.
