Hypnosis modalities to discover our potential and life purpose.

I think this book was well written and very well narrated. It gives the reader much insight about techniques like QHHT, which can give us many answers to questions we may have about life. As Dolores Cannon said, most lives are boring, “digging potatoes” lives and it’s very rare to see lives where we were famous people in history, so, some of the lives seen by the author are rare. The important thing this books shows, in my opinion, is how this technique can help us get in contact with our own Higher Self and receive more guidance.
