We read to our children to help them sleep and now we have this book that will read to us and help us relax and get to sleep. The bedtime stories are very enjoyable. You get to walk thru the woods to the waterfall or walk along the beach,
I love the positive affirmations the book has. If you have repetitive thoughts as I do about the past; it really helps you to stay in the moment, don’t waste time on the past and be positive about the future. Believe in yourself! This book does.
