Getting my brain to silence

Falling asleep is the worst when your brain refuses to chill. I overthink everything at night, and this audiobook has been a lifesaver. I really enjoyed these stories and affirmations

I really enjoyed listening to these stories. The affirmations were also very helpful because they helped me to relax. I really enjoy listening to them before I go to sleep as it calms my mind down stops my thoughts and gives me something positive and interesting to think about.
