A good guide for the basics of cheesemaking and yogurt-making. The book is paced so that I can listen to a recipe and copy it down to make sure I have all the ingredients on hand. It also gives a good supply list of the basics needed to make these products successfully. The narration was perfect for the book.

The author shared some info on the health benefits of cheese, butter, and yogurt. These motivated me more to make my own with this complete audiobook. Though I wish he has included more recipes.

This was interesting and something I was very much interested in checking into. After listening to it I think I will wait a little while before moving ahead in my cheese making. I did find some of the information useful and intriguing enough that I will be checking into more about it. I found the recipes to be interesting and would love to give a few a try. I do think getting the ebook would be more helpful since I am unsure what some of the things are and would like to see for myself how they would use etc. I usually do buy the ebook or paperback for this type of book if the audio really holds my attention.
For a beginner I think it has a lot of useful information that can help you decide if this is something you want to give a try.

I loved the narrator’s voice I thought he bought a lot to the audio pulling me in making me want to listen. I heard no repeating of words, no background noises and no volume changes. I would be interested in listening to more of his work where there are characters voices. I thought he has a lovely voice that I could listen to all day and never get tired of. Mr. Miller’s tones were great, giving enough pause to really let your mind wrap around what he was saying and have time to process it.

All in all I really enjoyed listening. I will be checking out more information to see if this is something I would really like to do.

Very nice job of taking the time to state down the process of making cheese. This book is really for beginners that need to get. This is a good introduction, easily get in your kitchen that need in the process of cheese making. Each recipe is easy to follow. I would say that if you follow step by step then you're guaranteed to have great results in making cheese. I am a big fan of cheese also my husband, so I am excited to make the cheeses featured in this book. Now i could make a dozen for my loved ones or friends that loves cheese. I could also make or put a business about cheese.. Good introduction and easy to follow guide!

So happy I ran across this one. I'm loving making my own cheese and yogurt. These recipes were so easy to follow for a newbie like me. Everything has turned out wonderful so far. Definitely recommend picking this one up!

I wasn't sure about how I would like this topic in an audio book because I was worried it would go to fast for me to pick up all the details but I found the lessons very easy to listen to. I've taken many professional food and cooking classes and even taught many myself as a professional nutritionist, and found the book to read much like any other class I have taken.

I only reviewed the audio book so I am unware of the print book but I found myself missing pictures and illustrations of some of the points but I wouldn't see it as a deal breaker.

If you are wanting to learn to make cheese or yogurt, this is a great place to start.

Unbelievable! This audio book made the cheese, butter, and yogurt recipes so easy to cook. It’s very specific even with the directions on cooking and the ingredients that need to be included.
