Publisher's summary

There are a billion reasons why you can't. Focus on the few reasons you can.

The last thing I need is a personal assistant. I'm good at my job, and, no matter what my interfering Mom thinks, I don't need help with that.

Yet, somehow, I've ended up with Lilah as my PA. And I like her. She's smart, she's funny, and she's making my life a hell of a lot easier.

But one business trip together, and everything changes. I never wanted this woman in my life, but now she's here, and I can't imagine it without her. Now that feels dangerous....

Wonderful story!!!

Billion Reasons, an Audiobook by Lexy Timms is the first book in the Assisting the Boss Series. I really LOVED the story of Lilah and Damian. He is a very successful businessman and his mother decides he needs a Personal Assistant, so he hires Lilah, whom she thinks will be the perfect foil for her son. But, he is angry with her for it. Nevertheless, Lilah starts working for him and he discovers that she is really a great asset to him. Things get strange when they go to a meeting together.

Beautiful, touching story that I really enjoyed…though Lilah is a bit too fast for me! Nevertheless, I enjoyed the story…but, of the course, the cliffhanger.

This story was narrated by Graham Mack, who has a soft, lilting voice that is incredible. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with mispronunciation that were hard to overlook. But, didn’t deter too much from the story!!

I am volunteering to leave a review for an Advance Reader Copy of this Audiobook.

Billion Reasons

Who needs a personal assistant? Damian doesn’t think he does, but when he grudgingly gets one, things may just work out better than he expected.

I quickly found myself drawn in to this story. Lexy Timms does a great job with building the characters and the “tension” between them.

Graham Mack’s narration was quite enjoyable. He did a great job with keeping me engaged.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Good storytelling!

Easy to get into the story... the narrator was good to listen to with inflection and feeling and a tone that matched the story. The author did a fabulous job with character development and it was easy to get invested in the characters. I'm really bummed that it ended and I'm now hanging waiting for the next one to find out what happens!
