It is a reminder of what I already knew but suppressed the knowledge because I was focusing on the wrong things. The authors delivery was very good and mater of fact like. This audio book has set the stage for me to move forward in my life and the first of 12 that I have purchased to send me on a life changing journey.

So Far this is the best purchase and read inculding the story teller ! Great tips! Even though I felt like it’s common sense , when you’re going through a break up sometimes you don’t think about things clear, and forget things that maybe you felt like you knew! GREAT JOB!! This book really helped me get through a time when I was still grieving the loss of a person who did not appreciate me and it made me realize that although I knew that I was worth more, it’s OK to grieve a toxic person but it’s not OK to stay there. Thank you for this book many a day I’ll listen to it on my way to and fro in my car with tears in my eyes.
