Story
The kingdom of Cornucopia was once the happiest in the world. It had plenty of gold, a king with the finest moustache you could possibly imagine, and butchers, bakers, and cheesemongers whose exquisite foods made a person dance with delight when they ate them. Everything was perfect - except for the misty Marshlands to the north, which, according to legend, were home to the monstrous Ickabog. Anyone sensible knew that the Ickabog was just a myth to scare children into behaving. But the funny thing about myths is that sometimes they take on a life of their own.

I Fell in Love with Blue Bear!
This story is so sweet and magical—it made me smile the whole way through! Blue Bear is such a lovable character, and the message about being different and still belonging really hit home. The way his colors change and help others is just beautiful. It’s a perfect bedtime read, and I think kids (and grown-ups too) will really love it. Definitely one of those stories you’ll want to come back to again and again.

Beautiful story and great narration!
This really is a lovely story and the narrator gets it just right: she really brings out the charm and atmosphere with her voice. You can imagine the scene just from listening to her. A lovely story helping children realise that if they are different to others, that can be a good thing and it's great to be your own unique person.

This story was absolutely magical!
Blue Bear’s journey of self-discovery and belonging really touched my heart. The message about embracing what makes us unique is so beautiful, and the storytelling is both heartwarming and engaging. It’s the kind of book that kids will love, but honestly, even as an adult, I found it inspiring. A perfect bedtime story with a wonderful lesson!
