This story was very informative and well told. I learned a lot. It kept me guessing too! I loved the author’s notes at the end so I knew which parts were factual. Loved the narration too.

I have yet to encounter a book of Sharon Cameron’s that I do not like, and this one did not disappoint. The story is spellbinding, and also leaves the listener on a hopeful note. I would definitely recommend this book.

Incredible Story

After the first 3 or 4 chapters I wasn’t sure about this one so decided to start over and give it my full attention and I’m so glad I did. Best book I’ve listened to in ages. The narrator is sublime which adds so much to an already fantastic story. Give this one a chance…you won’t be disappointed! Loved!!

I love reading and listening to WW2 historical fiction. There is always something to learn that you never realized happened. Bluebird sheds light on several details of the aftermath that occurred I life and governments. Amazing book!

The first chapters were a little tough to get through, as the heroine dealt with such difficult events, but before long, I was completely engaged with this book. I highly recommend it!

I really love historical fiction, especially from WWII. This was a unique perspective about something I hadn't heard of before. The story and characters were well developed. It has some plot twists. I especially liked that it didn't have an abrupt, perfectly wrapped up ending. And from listening to the author's notes at the end, I discovered how well researched this book was. I really enjoyed it!

The story was well written and easily kept me engaged. I thought several times during the story that I am not sure I would have the same reaction reading the paper book because the inflection used during the recording brought so much to the story.
