Informative and Helpful.

I have been diagnosed with OCD and have traits of a Personality Disorder. I was introduced to this book by my psychiatrist. He thought highly of the book and wanted me to read it as a tool to help me with my mental disorders. I enjoyed the book, found it helpful and wanted it more accessible, so I purchased the audio copy.

I think this book would be helpful for anyone diagnosed or otherwise involved with someone with OCD or OCPD; such as a physician, nurse, anyone in the mental health field or a loved one.

People with OCD must read this book.

This book was a recommendation from my doctor. The steps the author gives to beat OCD are very reasonable and I am trying my hardest to do it. I think anyone who suffers from OCD should read this book.

This book has helped me with my OCD a lot. I will keep reading this book over and over and practicing the 4-steps Dr Schwartz talks about. I highly recommend this book to everyone that has OCD or anything like unto it.

Book based on research and science

I've watched Jeffrey M. Schwartz enthusiastic talks before and this listen doesn't disappoint in that regard. He sounds like he is passionately trying to sell you smth :)

This book's four steps in fighting OCD are priceless. The methods are based on research and science. However, the book is only 1 hr and 38 mins, but yet at times contains repetitive material. This is also true with Schwartz's talks. Maybe he just tries to reinforce important ideas. I feel like it could have been easily a booklet or cheat-sheet for fighting OCD.

Good for more than just ocd

Enjoyed the cyclical way he reviews the four steps. I can see this helping any bad habits I have. And now better understand my spouse.
