Being a holistic wellness coach, I appreciate how she explains the psychology of weight loss and the step-wise strategies and tools she suggests for getting to the root cause of one becoming and how to overcome obesity once and for all. I’m happy to own this one permanently. I’ve already listened to it three times. I still have a lot more to get out of it. I’m about to start working through the worksheets and journaling she recommends as part of sorting out why losing weight - and keeping it off - is so difficult for each unique person. I’m looking forward to the journey.
This is not a book to teach you how many calories you need to eat, or macro nutrients. There are plenty of great choices. They go hand in hand with this title.
There is definitely at least something in this book that will be a light bulb moment (but probably quite a few of them, each chapter was completely eye opening to me.)
Get it and add it to your regular motivation routine - it’s advice is the equivalent of going to a camp for a week and spending thousands of dollars.
