Great Resource for Parents

I got this to educate myself in case my son ever deals with a concussion, and I’m glad I did. It’s easy to understand but still goes deep enough to feel useful. I’m also really interested in neuroplasticity, so I appreciated how it explains the brain’s ability to heal and adapt. Even though my son hasn’t had a brain injury, I feel more prepared—and I learned a lot that applies to brain health in general. I also appreciated that the author narrates the audiobook himself. There are a few stumbles here and there, but I like hearing directly from the person who wrote it.
