About this listen

JOHNSTONE COUNTRY. WHERE VENGEANCE MEETS JUSTICE.

Tynan “Ty” Brannigan traded his tin star for a cattle ranch. But the men he left to rot behind bars have their own hash to settle with him…

KEEPING HIS OWN PEACE

Once a respected lawman in Kansas and Oklahoma, Ty Brannigan ended his career as town marshal of Warknife while he was still young enough to marry, start a family, and raise cattle. Now nearly sixty, he’s a proud husband, father of four, and proprietor of the Powderhorn Ranch on the outskirts of his old stomping grounds. It’s been close to twenty years since Brannigan hung up his six-guns. Now he’s more content wrangling cows than criminals.

But for every remorseless outlaw Brannigan put in jail, noosed, or left to the vultures, he made even more enemies. Thieves and killers looking to settle old scores have tracked the ex-lawdog to his ranch. They’ve made the mistake of targeting his wife and children—only to discover that Ty Brannigan enforces his own law with a lightning-fast draw and a deadshot aim …

BRANNIGANS LAND

Ty is an Rancher now , He was a lawman. He has a lot of enemies that he made in the past. They want revenge. I really liked this book. Ty has to fight his enemies . A Rancher has been shot and they have to find the killer. This book is easy to follow and it has a good plot. I like a revenge hunting book. This is also a western mystery book. George Guidall does a good job narrating this book. If my review is any help will you please click on the helpful link below. Thank you.

Narrator

I love George Guidall…. He does all of Craig Johnson’s Longmire series. So for me it’s like settling into listening to an old friend!

Brannigan’s Land

Very enjoyable with some good chases and fights with the female as one of the main characters.

Story good, Performance awful.

George Guidall has no business reading books. Just awful. Slurring words, cadence fast and uneven, hard to understand.

Great story

The story was great but the reading was questionable. The readers tone of voice and enunciation made it hard to follow the story at times.

Way too contrived and unrealistic.

Sorry, this is weak. 21st century values and roles imposed on the 1800s. I prefer accurate depiction of history.
