This book is from 2008, one of the best kept secrets in parenting I would say. Doing my best to share and spread the word on this audio book.

This book is a must read for parents who know they have a difficult job raising kids at this most difficult time and want to be better. I am still a little overwhelmed at the major shift that I feel I will need in my family but Mr Kelly reminds us at the end to implement a few changes and then more and more. I want my children to be the best version of themself and I want that for myself too. This book puts these challenges in perspective and offers solutions for helping shift my mindset, habits and routines to make this possible.
