Initially, I perceived this book to be a collection of unrelatable medical analogies. It's actually a beautifully composed guidebook that illuminates the path to overcoming the “Bumps and Bruises” of life and achieving happiness. It’s a windfall of wisdom that the author has gathered over a lifetime of study and service. I would highly recommend it to anyone dealing with sadness, stagnation, or failure to launch.
