Every new realtor needs this book

Love it, easy to understand, and necessary. Everything he tells you are things you have to pick up by chance while working. I wish I had this years ago.

Great read and workbook to truly do a real estate business plan!

This book contains the explanations, worksheets and why you need to do business plan! Not just setting goals, but achieving them through the work you plan to do and staying on course. Well done Matt Williams!

Excellent for both new and old agents!

I'm making a career change after 30 years and this was a an excellent read and listen (I have both the hard copy and the audible version). Easy to follow relevant advice without too much to drown you. Build a plan, work the plan! Plain and simple! So glad I found this 12 weeks into this new career to set a good foundation!

Oh....did I mention there are sample worksheets too! ;-)

Difference between Life and death of your business

This book is a great eye opener. The step by step creation of the business plan is critical to any agent success. I want to keep this book secret but it would not be fair. I am glad I got this book so early in may business. Thanks Matt
