About this listen

Nikki Ramirez is excited to finally go to her first real summer camp with her little sister, Tasha. They were not looking forward to another boring summer at home, and this is the perfect solution. There will be real cabins, campfires, canoeing, hiking, and even archery. Not to mention a ton of cute guys. Sure it will be a long bus ride through the woods to get there, but that just makes it even more fun.

Nikki makes sure to pack all the essentials. Bug spray, flashlight, bathing suit, even some extra toilet paper. None of those things seem to help her though when the bus breaks down on the way there. They don’t do anything to stop the screams at night, or prevent the other girls in her cabin from going missing. The counselors warn everyone about the camp’s history, but they are too busy having fun to pay attention.

When Tasha disappears, Nikki decides to go out after dark to find her, even though the woods are filled with dangerous creatures. Nikki was told to stay in her cabin, but she doesn’t listen. It’s too bad, because something very hungry is not too far behind her. Will Nikki ever see Tasha again? Find out, in Camp Blood.
