There are several aspects that I get bored of such as the ridiculous sexual episodes… Regardless, Marvin’s ability to weave some great plotting with great storytelling keeps me coming back! The cultivation system is also one of my favorites!
Then you get to the battles and their fantastic nuances is a lot better than many I have read. There are the ridiculously obvious moments of “really?” But that just makes you smile like a an idiot as you picture this as an anime! Especially the battle with the whiner king and how he almost beat him! A Sorcerer! It was hilarious! Oh man, I am looking forward to the rematch in a later book!
Then there is the “prophecy” about the floating mountains in the capital coming to fruition! It was pure epic bossomness!!! Oh man, time for the next book!

this is a must buy book. If you're reading this review and you haven't gotten into this series yet trust me it's well worth your time and treasure. I absolutely love this series. I know it is kind of a new author but this one is right up my alley and he's just started a new one with paladins which is different but still every bit as amazing.

Another great installment of the spellheart series. The narrator does a great job of of
ringing the the story to life. The explicit scenes are fun. Enjoy.

Love the story. It is a great continuing story with great sub plots that add to the overarching main plot. Amazing voice acting. The fight scenes are ones that you are at the edge of your seat.

This series is definitely not for the faint of heart or prudish, the MC is a “True Man” in the brutal and orcish meaning of the words. However, like any True Man, no or maybe means “NO” and only the willing are accepted.

My only complaint is the ending is worse than having her mother walk in and toss a bucket of ice water over you right as the foreplay ends and the tip is just getting wet for the first time.

There really isn't much to say. MK does what he needs to with all the characters. Theo continues to get stronger and seems to find out exactly what he needs to do to beat his enemies. I hope that the 7th book isn't the last.

One or two sex scenes is fine for this type of story, but this took it overboard and detracted from the storyline.
