What happened to the school?

Chu is adorable, the sound effects are great! I like this little story. Very kid friendly.

Cute

Cute children's book. I enjoyed Gaiman reading it. That added to the overall enjoyment. Short but worth a read.

WTF?? Is Neil Gaiman losing his marbles?

I am a huge NG fan and have read practically everything he has written. However, I must say that this book is a slap in the face to his dedicated readers. There is no character development whatsoever, nor any sense of the fantastic. An insecure panda who can sneeze?? As an introductory detail to a Sandman story, I would take it on faith that it would be a detail foreshadowing some later revaluation, but here it feels like a literary premature e**********.
