Overcome Anxiety, Depression, and Negative Thoughts!

If you feel as though your mind is the enemy, that you are always dealing with excessive anxiety, chronic depression, or fear so crippling it may well be a phobia, then the thoughts themselves may well be the culprits. Helpful for managing anxiety.

Such an interesting topic. I've always been amazed at the power of our mind to overcome things like anxiety, fears and depression. Learned some new techniques and tricks to implement into my own life. Happy I ran across this one when I did. Nicely put together.

This book provided a great introduction to CBT. I definitely recommend if you’re wanting to just kind of get an idea of what it is all about.

This book overwhelmed me with data.

I've generally been interested in CBT, particularly as somebody that manages on edge inclinations and so forth. This book overwhelmed me with data. I've had discussions with different psychological well-being experts throughout the years about intellectual conduct treatment and keeping in mind that I had a dubious comprehension of it, this book demonstrated to me how little a really knew.

Good Intro to Self Help with CBT

This book is a good introduction to CBT for those looking to use some of its tools on your own. This book is not an advanced manual for clinicians.

Great content but you should get the print version

The content is very good, but you if you like to listen to audible in the car, this is not going to be very effective. You should be taking some notes, not possible while driving. I listened to the whole thing, and I am going to have to buy the print version to really put any of the strategies into practice. Also, I feel like the person reading the book is a little robotic and does not pause properly between sections.

This is a great introduction.

This is a great introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. However, they can still enjoy a beautiful moment together. This is a picture book with lovely illustrations that goes along perfectly with this story. Thanks!

Very easy to listen.

This book introduces you to the powerful tool that is cognitive behavioral therapy, and it's a great beginner book for those who are exploring cognitive behavioral therapy as an option for better psychological well-being and help in improving their lives. I myself have never pursued CBT before but have definitely considered it, and this book helped me understand it better and what it can do for me.
