A bit dull and not memorable while listening

Eh, I wouldn’t recommend it. I didn’t feel like it was actually clear in terms of explaining biology 101.

mostly good with some flaws

the language is often confusing. things that need clarification are commonly glossed over and many statements riddled with superfluous words.

the information is mostly good though i wish more detail were given to a few places, especially the chapter on Fungi Function and Form. biology text books are notorious for skimping the fungi kingdom and sadly this is no exception.

some of the figures don't quite match with the text in the pdf and there are quite a few typos including exclusions of entire statements spoken by the reader.

the presentation was fine and clear and that helped.
