Every small town in Connecticut has its secrets, but none are as shocking as Melington’s. After the riots, Melington becomes the primary target of an FBI investigation. The Council is more ruthless than the town has ever seen. And a national spotlight shines brightly on the mysterious cases of missing children.

But there is one secret that no one knows better than Alan Carter. As children outside Melington start disappearing, Alan Carter knows Copper Tibet has grown more powerful than ever before. No child will be safe. Anywhere.

Last installment of the series

Alas, hate to see a good ghost story end, but all good things must, I suppose. A few unexpected twists with the characters we've come to know. If you've listened to the first 2of the series, you simply must listen to this one as well!

A Great Horror Story

This is the 3rd in a trilogy. I got hooked on book # one. You have this horror story in Mellington. I got sucked into the horror and couldn't put the book down. You get to feel like you know the characters and follow the extreme horrors they go through. You have past and presnt tense scenerios which fill gaps and then you have flashbacks. You have an FBI investigation working with the police and they work together with the plot which keeps the storyline fresh. Book #3 is the bes. I loved Audible version. I recommend this book to all horror fans.

Unsettling

This was a great book, but unlike the previous two books, this one seemed a little scattered. It followed the storyline fine, but there were too many loose ends that weren’t ttied up. It left me with an unsettled, unfinished feeling. I am hoping that this means that there will be more to follow. If so, I can’t wait to read them!

Keep the lights on! But does that really stop the nightmares?

This book was so good. The seamless way the books go from first to last is incredible. Very well written.

Didn't disappoint

I loved the slaughter series, it was captivating for me, I had to finish all 3 books! Maybe an explanation sooner would have been better.

Not for me.

I struggled to finish Copper's Keeper. I just couldn't get into it. The style of writing that was interspersed with the suspect and survivors interviews didn't appeal to me. I wasn't invested in the characters. For me it just missed the mark. But, I loved the narrator.
