Great reminder of some easily forgotten principals

The book was bit lite on substance, but touched on some important principals needed to be a outstanding family man. This will become a new tool in my toolbox, and one I will recommend to all my male friends. The most important thing this book does is sheds light on the importance of an aware and attentive father, and is a call to action for father's everywhere to"stand and fight" for your family.

Something Every Father Should Listen To

In today's world of absentee fathers, this book highlights the critical role that fathers play and provides specific suggestions on what fathers can do to become effective fathers. If every father would listen to this and apply just a few of the principles, families would be blessed, communities would be better, and the world would be a better place.

Timeless truth’s modernized

I immediately found myself being more intentional about creating special moments with my wife and kids. It is both mentally stimulating and practical. If dad’s could step up, it would change the world because after all to your kids when they’re young, we are their world.

Powerfully motivating!!

I was invited to read this book by a friend of mine. Working two full time jobs and being a father of 3, I have a busy life. I would not have made time for this book but my friend who suggested that I read it, raved about it!
I am genuinely glad that I took the time to read it. Although it’s easy to tell the author is Christian, this book is not overly churchy and the message is powerful. My family is already seeing the benefits as I apply the simple principles taught in this book.
This book is certainly a light in the midst of the storm of life that we find ourselves in.
Great instruction!! Great insight!!
Great book!!

Thought provoking

I thought the content and direction of the book was great to ponder and analyze one's own relationship with their children and how we can be better Dads.
