I enjoyed this book very much. I’m not much into military style books but was engaged the entire time for this. Now, I was hoping for a lot more of the Dyatlov Pass incident to come up as I really like the mystery to that history… but there was much less of it than I was expecting. I was also hoping for more mystery but the action and writing kept it intriguing for me. The beginning and ending were my favorite parts of the book dealing more with Dyatlov. Overall though I would like to check Will Jordan out more, I enjoy his YouTube. Perhaps when his other series comes on sale I’ll give it a try.

Bradford Hastings also did a fantastic job. Great accents and great overall narration. No complaints there.

Initially, I bought this audiobook in support of an online content creator I like. I honestly did not expect the story to be this good, the narrator did a fantastic job aswell.

The story was grossly interesting, and the narration was engaging. Sometimes books are overly descriptive but this had a nice balance of movement while making you feel like you are there at the setting.

An intriguing, interesting & action filled tale. Well crafted & superbly narrated. It perfectly balances emotions of fear, hope, sadness & bravery. Really relevant in these times. A totally absorbing story.

In the description of this book Otis compared to World War Z, and I have to say out of all the books in the zombie genre, that was my least favorite book.

I would like to say that I'm surprised at how much I enjoyed this book. It was very intriguing, and engaging.

If you are looking for a zombie adventure look elsewhere. If your looking for a conspiracy or mystery it’s alright. Profits identity is kinda out of nowhere, and the short chapters that follow side characters are enjoyable but do break the mystery a bit.

Zombie action low. Mystery high.

Good writing, well conceived characters with clear goals and motivations that help to drive the story but without annoying plot armor. Definitely a fast passed thriller.
