I love it all- each time you listen, there will be a sentence that all of a sudden will resonate and it will feel like you finally understand or have heard it for the first time.

What did you learn from Defy Gravity that you would use in your daily life?

the essence of our power is our soul, this work illuminates aspects of our soul as well as of historical world events which have contributed to current evolution in consciousness and existence.

This is CMyss’ talk on the book.. she covers it all but it’s more informal.
1st of all, CMyss is quite the ball buster.. For someone who calls all religions as a “costume party”, her ball busting is as stoic as any harsh priest or nun.. God love her. I luv her forthrightness, she’s as human as the rest of us, & she’s spot on on her message, & how the New Age Era is a just a culture of of spiritually immature material self entitlement.
Although, she bashes the ideas of new age “manifesting”, the title of this book caters to that exact audience. (A bit of a double standard. But aren’t we all.)
I’ll very likely still get the book.

totally loved it had to listen to it because I want to absorbed and memorized and taken every word and this book. Caroline wrote too many amazing books but definitely this one she will be almost remembered for..

I have read this book twice. Listening to it has allowed me to step back and absorb the in depth views Myss' so eloquently teaches.

This book once again set me on the path to life anew. I have read the book in paper format several times in the past but hearing Ms. Myss’ narration and commentary touched my heart. Thank you for this blessing.

Amazing Grace

So far I've listened twice. Third time with a notebook handy for writing down my own thoughts in growth. Caroline Myss touches something deep inside me. She's a great teacher (for me). I like her passion, her expressions and how she seems to take me right along with her (as though we're holding hands). I feel like I'm in a classroom and I'm her student. She reminds me of a nun (yes, I went to Catholic school for three years). Religion was the only thing I got A's in or found of interest. God was, after all, a supreme being that made all things! Today, at 67 years old, I've come "full circle" to this spot and this time I have freedom to grow as I wish. Coming across such a uniquely great teacher is a gift. Highly recommend this book.
