Hot and intriguing

Another great book by Eve Langlais. This book has lots of action, mystery, intrigue and two hot guys. Totally addicted! The narrator is new to me but she does a fantastic job.

Started and stopped several times.

The five star reviews must be related to the author or narrator because unless they are confusing it with another book their review can’t be correct. I started and stopped this book several times thinking maybe it was just my mood or distractions ruining the story, nope it was awful every time I returned to it. The storyline is weak and confusing, there is no character development and the narrator is mediocre at best. If it wasn’t free I would have returned it.

Confused

The story of Dreams of Darkness is strange. Although it seemed like a primitive story, I found it confused and dark. The story turn around a seemingly defenseless young woman who is pursued by a black magic practitioner for no apparent reason. As the plot progresses, facts about her past are mentioned, but they do not go so far as to clarify who this woman is and where she came from. Anyone who has had contact with her is murdered. The few clues that come up go nowhere. Upon reaching the fial of the book, the initial question (who is it?) Remains unanswered.
At first the story seems interesting, but at one point, it becomes tiring. In the end, there is a breath of hope that the story will improve, but I don't know if it is worth to check the following of this boo
