Publisher's summary

The Elemental Magic bundle set includes all six books in the series full of nonstop action, adventure, magic, and irresistible romance.

I thought magic was make believe...but I was way wrong.

I was nobody. No matter how hard I tried, I never fit in with anyone at my high school. Now I know why.

Turns out I'm a witch. A scary powerful one, too. Except The Coven that claimed me won't teach me how to use my magic.

Suddenly, I'm selected by the Goddess to hunt down a mythical locket needed to save the world from destruction. The only person who actually tries to help me is the alarmingly attractive Tennessee. He has immeasurable power and breathtaking mismatched eyes. I'm drawn to him on a level I can't explain...and he's forbidden from getting too close to me.

When the quest takes an unexpected dangerous turn, I have to improvise. This supernatural world is unraveling at my fingertips and I need to master my magic fast. If I don't, I could get everyone I care about killed...

Love it!!!!

This is a great series but it's the great narrator that really made it for me. She's definitely a favorite.

Great! Could not stop listening. Crazy good!

Started out slow. Fantastic once you got going. Recommend this series! Wanted more! Drove my husband husband CRAZY! Lots of twists and turns. But really easy to follow. This would also be a great read for young teens. Language is PG as well as descriptions of teens in love. Nothing to worry about. I'm in my 60's and really, really enjoyed. I know that I will listen again.

Fantastic job to both the writer and narrator! Writer has an imagination that most writers would die for. UNBELIEVABLE!

Good story but confusing narration.

The story is very enjoyable, but you easily get confused with whose point of you you’re listening to. I had to rewind frequently to figure out who was speaking in each chapter. The speaking voice really should match the internal monologue voice.

Love this series

I’m obsessed with these books, I’m on my second read through and I can’t wait to see where it goes. I love all the different character perspectives and learning of all the different realms and how they tie into each other. I love it!

Adventure, danger, love, supernatural.

Narration could get confusing. She didn't change her voice for the main characters. She did for other characters but not for Tennessee & Tegan. Each chapter began with the name of the character whose perspective was speaking but it could get confusing if your attention was diverted, which is easy to happen when listening while doing other activities. And since Tegan & Tennessee interacted in almost every chapter, a change of her voice from feminine to masculine would have been so much better.
In the later books the Narrator did change her voice to masculine for Tennessee, but not consistently. I don't understand her decision to use the same voice for Tennessee and Tegan yet change it for other characters. Sorry to say, I found it lazy. It's not like she didn't have the talent to change her voice from feminine to masculine. Narration in an Audiobook is KEY. It can make a great story unlistenable.

excellent character development

Right from the beginning you are pulled into the story line and you CARE about the characters. The author did an amazing job showing viewpoints from different character perspectives. I can't wait to start the next series.

Good story line

Interesting take on so many facets. I enjoyed the story and the characters.
The narrator was hard to understand at first but after listening for a while it got easier.

Great story, Decent narrater

I Loved this story. my first audible book, and couldn't put it down. I do have alot of unanswered questions still. most importantly, Tennessee's back story that is left unanswered. where do we find that?? the imagery in the books was really fantastic where it counted, but I found myself slightly annoyed with the repeated use of specific phrases, like licked my lips, fisted his hair, and many more. just needs to be a bit more creative with certain phrases, mixing it up a bit more.

and I didn't mind the narrater. she got the job done and at least attempted to create different voices for different characters.
