A great audiobook to boost your confidence and sel

I liked the audiobook because it is short, easy to interpret for everyone and provides usable knowledge.
Right from the beginning, the author clarifies two important concepts, self-confidence and self-esteem, and explains the difference between the two, using examples. We can also find out where low self-confidence and self-esteem come from, and through the audiobook, we can gain insight into how we can strengthen them if we want to feel better. Certain negative thoughts and patterns are discussed too, in relation to which the author reveals a lot of useful information, which is good to know if we want to better control our thoughts. In addition to these, he also talks about self-awareness and self-acceptance and many aspects related to the topics that it does not hurt to know and that can fit into one hour.
Conclusion: I recommend it to everyone who wants to strengthen self-confidence and self-esteem, you will surely find the useful knowledge in it. I did.

General Self-Help Survey

This audiobook is just over an hour long. I was not terribly impressed by it. As it is so short and touches on so many topics, it really just feels like a general survey of buzzword topics in the self-help space, like mindfulness, gratitude, resilience, and the like. It also felt overly repetitive. I can't tell you how many times the terms “self-confidence” and “self-esteem” were said. I just felt like somebody stitched together several general blog posts about self-confidence and self-esteem and these other buzzwords. It almost felt like a textbook description/discussion of these topics. You got no sense of the author's personal spin or take on them, let alone his personal experience with them. The book just didn't feel like it had much to it. I didn't really get a sense of the whole empowerment concept, either. I wasn't wild about the narrator, either. He did nothing to give these pretty lifeless words any pizzazz. If you are interested in self-help topics, I recommend finding books that are deeper dives on the individual topics rather than this simple, “glosses over the surface” book.
