Extremely informative work.

It is largely based on advances in archeology this history significantly expands our knowledge of Middle Ages, culture and contributions. Somewhat long and detailed and altogether a very good stuff.

What a great work by the author.

This audiobook delivers an exhaustive account of the time and players that resulted in the Magna Carta but doesn't prevent there like most history works. It walks the different proofs and revisions of the work through the centuries and how it was instrumental over and over again in English history.

I’m a big history buff

Another revolutionary transformation in the country happened when these Germanic settlers, and created monasteries and churches. The invading Vikings, seeking riches, raided these monasteries repeatedly.
